Senior Product Designer with 8+ years of experience across SaaS, fintech, media, and more. Currently shaping the future of media and entertainment at Fever.
I'm a senior product designer and university teacher in Barcelona. I like seeing the whole system; how pieces depend on each other, and how a brief usually sits inside something bigger.
Day to day that means interaction, visual, and service design, plus research, often end to end; from rough idea to something people can actually use.
Turned ticket upgrades from a slow support loop into something fans can do in the product. The MVP already moved the needle (13% conversion, 0.45% gross revenue lift); next step is scale toward $3M+ ARR on Marketplace and Whitelabel.
Made it easier for small businesses to send invoices that look like their brand and get paid. Started with a five-day sprint, then shipped in three waves; visual branding, smart defaults, and Stripe.
Built up the design team itself, not only the UI. Six initiatives; a manifesto, monthly team health sessions, skill maps, cleaner file/version habits, and a clearer map of how we actually work.
With Microsoft, shaped the product for Chorus Life; a smart district near Milan where one app ties city services together. I worked scenarios, IA, flows, UI kit, and motion so the experience felt coherent.
Helped Generali rethink Vitality; the wellness side of their insurance. Mixed design thinking with futures work and surfaced twelve forces that will shape health, wellbeing, and how people buy cover.
Redesigned the Radio Deejay app around four pillars; talent and shows up front, a strong red thread through the UI, the player always visible, and layouts that can grow. Checked everything with twenty usability sessions.
A screen change almost always pulls a string somewhere else. I try to name those links early; product, service, ops, and brand in one loop, not silos.
I ship rough drafts on purpose. Tangible beats theoretical, and a tight cross-functional group usually beats a big committee.
I stay in the thread from discovery through delivery; research, design, and handoff in one arc. Along the way I share how we work so design isn't a single team's secret.
Hiring, need help on a project, or just want to talk shop about design? I'd be glad to hear from you.
